Given the nature of digital media (software), which can be downloaded instantly following a purchase, there exists no provision for a “trial” or “grace period.” Therefore, all sales are deemed final once a software purchase is made. Consequently, refunds cannot be facilitated. However, in the event that our theme or plugin is defective or materially differs from the original provider’s product, we may entertain requests for partial or full refunds*.
Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds or returns for digital products are generally not offered, except under the following circumstances:
- The product is entirely non-functional.
- The product’s primary description was grossly misleading.
- You have not downloaded any or most of the files from our website.
In such instances, you are entitled to request a refund.
Refund Refusal
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following scenarios:
- You have changed your mind about an item or subscription.
- An item was mistakenly purchased, and the product(s) have been downloaded.
- The product was purchased by someone with legal access to your PayPal account.
- You have declined to provide our support staff with access to your website for issue investigation.
- More than three days have elapsed since purchase, and no valid issue has been reported on the WordPress Premium Themes & Plugins forum.
Additional Notes
- Account cancellations can be initiated at any time, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- If a refund is processed through PayPal, you will no longer have access to downloaded premium products.
- In the event that a product remains defective following an update, we may adjust the refund amount to account for the diminished value of the product.
- Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to reflect in your account.
- This policy extends to all our Sign Up Plans. For further information, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
