- What if a downloaded item asks for a license key?
You can ignore this! Developers include these for automatic updates or support registration. The product will work just fine without a key. We recommend checking our site for manual updates.
- Do you provide license keys?
No, we can’t provide license keys because all our products are GPL licensed. You don’t need a key to use them, but some developers may require them for automatic updates or support.

- How long does it take to get a product update?
We guarantee updates within 48 – 72 hours of your request.
- How do I update my plugins or themes?
We recommend using the Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin. Here’s how to update manually:

This is a common issue for new WordPress users. The downloaded theme file may include extra files like documentation or a license. Just unzip the file from AZ Plugin and upload the folder containing the theme files (usually named after the theme).
