Submit a Request Through Our Form:
Head over to our request form (link to the form) and fill out the details of the theme or plugin you’re interested in. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your needs.
Important Notes:
- Due to the volume of requests, we don’t reply to emails about new item suggestions.
- Once we’ve added a requested item to our site, you’ll be able to find it there just like any other product.
Optional: Individualized Request
If the item you’re looking for isn’t currently available and you’d like to expedite its addition, we offer an individualized request option. Here’s how it works:
- Cost Sharing: You’ll contribute 50% of the original purchase price for the item. Once we receive your payment, we’ll go ahead and buy it.
- Free Updates for One Year: As a thank you for your contribution, you’ll receive free updates for the item for one year, even if you don’t have an active subscription. After the first year, updates will be available for an additional 25% of the original purchase price.
- Premium Support: While we can’t offer direct premium support for the item, we can forward your request to the original developer for assistance (availability and fees may vary).
